Great place to get ready for a wedding
We loved A. C. Thomas House! We stayed there the night before our wedding and the night of. It was right down the street from our reception venue. This place is amazing because the girls can stay down stairs and get ready and the guys can have upstairs. They were very accommodating and friendly. The house itself was so cool with all of the history. I highly recommend the B&B.

My bridesmaids and I stayed in the Gallery suite, it was a perfect place for us to hang out and get ready for the wedding! The home was beautiful, and well taken care of. Our host was lovely and very helpful. Next time I stay in New Harmony I will stay at the house again.

My wife and I recently stayed at the AC Thomas house and found it to be quiet and restful. We were the only guests and had the entire residence to ourselves during our short stay. We arrived at the house at check-in time to find a phone number to call for the house manager. She was located less than a block away and arrived in a short time. We were greeted and then taken on a complete tour of the house with an overview of its history. The house is beautifully decorated with Victorian era accoutrements and furnishings. We stayed in the Duchess Kate room which features a queen bed, small private bath, small balcony and views of the main street in New Harmony. Overall we found the area to be very quiet this time of year with very little traffic noise. All restaurants, shops and other attractions are a short walking distance from the house. Our breakfast was prepared for us, ready by 9:00 AM and was delicious. Absolutely a wonderful stay highlighted by the friendly, accommodating staff. Recommend staying here with family. Great place for a wedding party and guests. Note that no TV is available in all rooms with the exception of the Gallery Suite and Loft Suite. Wi Fi works well throughout the house.
